Music Executive Producer Deal Pay?

I have a executive producer role in this music project. Artist was signed, no longer to a label. They need someone to back the project. The artist will have their management team shop the finished product. Question is simple. In my deal as EP and fronting the cash, what is a standard deal from a compensation back to me (my ROI) as the EP, if the project is picked up by a major label? Buy out? Points? Royalties?

they can not be picked up by a major label and if they are, they can not release any songs uder that label that they released with you IF…..they are signed to you.

as far as compensation goes, you bid an initial payment to the artist and a percentage of sales and you get the rest.
