Midge Ure launches a new ethical contract services for musicians

The rock legend Midge Ure has agreed to become a director of CCW Longplay, Creative Rights Management in Edinburgh. It’s been set up to get a better deal for musicians from the copyright of their work. The Ultravox star is joined by promoter and record industry guru, Ronnie Gurr and the Scots media lawyer Stephen Cotton. They’ve already signed up Sandi Thom, Shy and DRS.
