Are there any colleges or universities that offer MBA programs in marketing but allow you to specialize in music business?

No, and it’s not that important that you do, if your goal is to do marketing for a music business. You could just do the general MBA, concentration in marketing, and do an internship in marketing with a music business.
There are some MBA programs that allow you to concentrate in media management. You could pull a double concentration – marketing, and media management. Fordham is an example of that.
