Man Faces Child Pornography Charges
U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced April 7 that 20-year-old Alexander Heussler of East Aurora had been charged with distribution and possession of child pornography. If there is a conviction, the charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, a maximum penalty of 20 years and a fine of $ 250,000.
