Lost music files I bought from musicmatch (now Yahoo)?

Question by Bonnie: Lost music files I bought from musicmatch (now Yahoo)?
I bought a cd from musicmatch several years ago that has DRM included. I put on my mp3 player and forgot to burn to CD. The computer has since crashed and I was forced to start over fresh. 99% of the time I immediately burn a copy of music purchased online. I happened to not do that in this case. I can find it on my mp3 (which I don’t use anymore since I have upgraded since 2006) I have the original purchase receipt from musicmatch. I know musicmatch was bought by Yahoo, and their customer service says they don’t service music related questions directly. So since I own the license to the music, and have an original receipt does anyone know of a way I can reclaim these files by either unlocking the files on my dell jukebox mp3 player (since I can take unprotected music off of my dell) or a way the company (whichever company is now responsible for the music purchased through musicmatch) can reissue the music files or provide a credit?
