Question by cane z: looking for a sample “contract” that an employment agency will give to their clients.?
when employment agencies visit a company that wants the agency to bring temps to work, is there a contract that the temp agency gives to the company to sign???
anybody has a sample of such contract lying around? please let me know what the key points in the contract are. thanks.
