A friend of mine wants to be a partner on Youtube, in which he talks in his video, but he does have a couple clips from shows, to refer whatever he’s talking about, and then shows the clip for like, 5 seconds.
He also has some copyrighted music, and he understands that it’s legal, but he says there are a lot of famous youtube stars/partners who use copyrighted music, but the way they can use the music is by having a license.
So he wants to know how to obtain a copyright material license where you can just give credit to the company.

A licence doesn’t mean you can just give credit to a company.
A licence is something you purchase from the rights holder of
whoever owns what you would like to use. To really be on the
safe side, most people typically hire a lawyer that specializes
in “copyrights”, “trademarks” and “intellectual property”.

However, if it is simply a piece of copyrighted music, you can
