Question by man of chance: Laws for youtube ad for small business?
I am making a youtube video ad for a small business and I was wondering if I need to have any customers signed (like a contract) for their picture on the ad. Also can I use copyrighted music on the video if I acknowledge the artist and the name of the song at the end? (I am in PA if that makes a difference)

You’re joking, right? Of course the answer is an emphatic “NO”.

Have you ever heard music from Linkin Park, U2, Led Zeppelin,
Jay-Z, Enimen, Prince or Red Hot Chili Peppers used in an ad
or even a TV show like CSI or Grey’s Anatomy? If corporations
like Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, Honda, etc, can’t use their songs
for millions of dollars, you obviously can’t.
