LAS VEGAS — Although the Strip has come to screeching halt, there are many projects in the works and being constructed elsewhere in Las Vegas. It is far from a building boom, but several projects that were once on hold have now been revived and are in various stages of completion in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.
