K-Pop band producers? Auditions?

I was a bit curious on how to get the attention of k-pop band producers.
I know you have to either make a video or audition, but i’m more concerned about HOW
you audition ><.. I really love to sing and It's my DREAM to become a singer. I'm not good... but i want to try. I want to know some producers that would take in videos through mail to get applications. I don't want to audition for company's like SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment, etc. BTW: I dunno how OLD you have to be to join... (I'm 12 right now, and I want to improve my skills). Actually, I want to get into a company but not to be famous or anything, I want to improve my singing and dancing skills.. getting lessons, etc. Unfortunately... I can't get lessons right NOW because it costs money and is just difficult to do.. i live in hawaii and am FULL korean. *proud*. I'm trying hard to find a good company who also loves music- but is still growing. I would love your help, thanks ><.! You might want to research about that on a visit to Korea.
Cause the only companies that have auditions in the US are the bigger companies like SM or JYP.
