JAM Michael Jackson funk-cello cover by Elias Kahila

Finnish cellist Elias Kahila plays funk-cello cover of Michael Jackson song “JAM”, (please go buy the Michael Jackson album Dangerous incl. the original version of this song). Inspired by The King Of Pop (RIP), i developed a blues-shuffle based bow technique for the cello (for the right hand; bow hand). I wanted to groove with my cello, and my passion is to introduce groove cello to pop music. I will be playing live in a Big Michael Jackson Tribute “EARTHSONG” in Sweden in August 29th. The show (including many scandinavian pop stars) will take place in Stockholm (more info to come). I am looking for labels & music business people (to record a full-lenght Michael Jackson Cello Tribute album including MJ´s ballads, groove and rock songs with the cello, and tour), but i need your help: If you like my covers, PLEASE spread the word and request it. Thank you, tack so mycke, buenos crazias! About sheet music: I play everything by ear, so unfortunately i don´t have any notes or sheet music of the cello tracks to this song, or other songs. I am teaching pop/jazz cello in Jyväskylä & Helsinki, Finland, and would love to do cello pop/jazz masterclasses outside Finland as well. Contacts: kahila@kahila.net Thanks for listening!
