Question by dara_ishbu: Is there a program that can convert MP3 to WMA?
I have a new cell phone that can play music but only in the WMA format out of some agreement with Microsoft apparently. The program for converting the audio can be for Mac or PC. I’d prefer something freeware.

Yes, windows media player will convert those and also wave files from cds
