Is there a license I can buy to be able to use copyrighted music to make my films?

Question by : Is there a license I can buy to be able to use copyrighted music to make my films?
I make films for film festivals and I wanted to take it to the next level by using copyrighted music. Does anyone know if there’s any way to get some kind of license to be able to use copyrighted music or anyway to get copyrighted music easier than to go through the record company?

Contact the copyright owners and get permission from them. That is the best way.
