Is it illegal to sell an iPod with music for more than the iPod is worth? For example, is it illegal to sell my $ 250 iPod with 6340 songs, 9 videos, and 5 games on it for like $ 700 or something like that?I don’t know if ASCAP has some policy where one cannot sell music since the artist won’t be making any money on it.

if you sell an iPod the media on it will be erased when someone connects it to a computer different from yours. so its just a waste. in some cases that offense is illegal but i wouldnt try it just to be safe.
