Question by Mark Cerda: Is a verbal agreement a legal binding contract in california?
I loaned a friend $ 500 and he was sopposed to give me the title to his his car for collateral, wich he did not do, we did not sign a contract but it was actually his verbal agreement wich i agreed to and now i want my money back, Can I take it small claims?
