Is a license needed to play music at something like a lip sync show?
Published March 13, 2011
Question by Jeff: Is a license needed to play music at something like a lip sync show?
I was just wondering if a music license is required to play music that performers would lip sync to? What it was a non-profit show?
What if the show was NOT recorded, and not distributed?
Also, how do you obtain the license, if needed?
Thanks!
