I have a client who lives out of united states and they want me to create a t-shirt logo for them, and they need it in a few weeks. how can i create a legal contract? how do i find a website for legal contracts if my adobe reader doesn’t work and it cant download it?
what should i include in my contract if i were to create one?
were can i find a contract that doesn’t need adobe reader or acrobat?
how do i know that my artwork is safe and how do i know if will get royalties?

If you client is offshore/there is no guarantee that your contract is binding regardless signed or not. I’ve had both good and bad exp. with offshore buyers, so beware. Also, it’s all too easy for offshore buyers to simply say that ‘it never arrived’ being that MOST shippers don’t supply delivery tracking for international packages. Best to stick to generic USA contracts/many can be googled, just have to ‘edit’ the obvious parts/dates/info. and duration of use of your artwork(s). Sorry to be the downer to your question, but it’s true…
