Hello,

I am planning on starting a small, local video production company focusing on making commercials, music videos, PSA’s, and working on weddings and such.

However, I believe I need insurance for the company, I’m just not too sure exactly which type I would need.

Does anyone know if there is a specific insurance a production company would need? And, if so, what is an estimated amount it could cost for the year?

You don’t NEED any insurance. You just may want it or it may be prudent to do so.
