I am 12 and wanting a business. i want to sell music and art supplies.
i cant do anything with credit cards and accounts but can i get people to send me cheques to my parents at my address and then send them the items?

It sounds like you really don’t know much about what you are getting yourself into. Setting up a business without bank accounts is incredibly difficult and it is very unlikely that you would make any profit at all. It is easier to buy art supplies and music from credible businesses rather than send a 12 year old a check.
