Question by MJ: I need to write a contract, how do I do that?
I am selling my car to my brother in law, but he will be making payments on it. I am not changing the title utill the whole thing is paid. So, what I need is a contrat template thing to write a contract indicating when I will the payments be made and for how long etc.

well to be honest anything you write up and he signs is a contract
just go on word and write out ur brother in laws
full name ur full name
make of the car
how much the payments will be
what day
just be detailed in what you write.
AND MAKE SURE HE SIGNS IT.
then theres ur contract
