I need a template letter or a contract to request my tenant to move out?
Question by Gaby: I need a template letter or a contract to request my tenant to move out?
I am going to ask my tenant to move out and I need a professional letter or template or contract. The lease is up next month and I’ll be moving into this house. I want the letter to show both landlord/tenant signature. thank you in advance.

If there is no lease, then you do not need the tenant’s signature. You’ll have to prove that they got the notice, should it come into question, but you do this with a return receipt on the envelope.
