Please give link or website. I already try search engine but I need more from people out there. I need to draft the agreement and my company don’t have lawyer.

if you don’t have a lawyer you are wasting your time. these contracts are too complex, and the complexity comes from defining the realtionship, especially what happens if ther eis a dispute.

you simply can’t do this yourself or use boilerplate. you might as well just have a handshake

these are negotiated on a case by case basis.
