Question by Knight Boy: I lost audio abilities for online. I can’t listen to music or videos on the web sites? How do I fix it?
A few days ago, I lost audio abilities to listen to music or videos for online like I use to. My favorite was Yahoo music live sets and now there is no audio. I checked to see if it was mute , my headphones . When I listen to a song that is burned on to my computer or When I put in a DVD movie it works, its just online that it won’t .
My family did add this Magic Jack , a new device where you can now have a regular phone through your online connection , It was bought through that QVC , you know the tv channel that sells all kinds of things. Oh and I tried it without that thing hooked up, so its possible it did something other than that I don’t know whats wrong or how to find out whats wrong and fix it. I don’t know much about computers so if you can help me be instructive please,

I got bad news for you!! You can not have Yahoo music installed on your computer with MagicJack!
I write in all my post on here about yahoo music will not work!
I use MJ for over 1 year now, but I have it installed on my lap top for that same reason!
Windows XP:
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. If your Control Panel is in Category View, double-click Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices
If not, go directly to the step 4
4. Double Click on Sounds and Audio Devices
5. Click the Audio tab (the middle one)
6. Under both Sound Playback and Sound Recording, select your default audio device (the one you want to use) from the drop down menu
* Never select Tigerjet as your default device
7. Click the box labeled Use Only Default Device” (located in the bottom left corner of the window)
8. Click Apply
