I realize that because of licensing agreements Apple’s Itunes music store is not available in some countries. How is this restricted? Through IP blocking of people who visit from certain countries? Or though through restricting purchases to people who have a credit card with an address in a country that Apple has a licensing agreement with? In other words, practically speaking, Itunes does not have an Itunes music store for Bolivia. When I’m traveling in Bolivia, can I still buy Itunes songs with my US credit card?
