Because you already own a license to the content, if you scratch or lose the CD or DVD, should you be able to obtain a free or low-cost replacement for the content? Why or why not?
If you already purchased a license for music by purchasing a CD, is it fair that you should pay full price again if you also would like the music in MP3 format? Why?
How can the rights of media companies and consumers best be balanced?

I like that concept, if we can apply it to all things. For instance my car is not what it used to be either, having been driven 197,000 miles. I vote for a FULL , FREE replacement!!!
