I have a book of film and television contracts. If i type up one in the book and write it to say i’m going to pay him $ 1 for his songs will it be a valid contract?

I am not a lawyer, but it should hold up in court if he signs it AFTER you’re done typing it and have all the information filled out. Generally, it should have a general outline of times as well.
