I got a nokia n900, I dont like the phone it’s totally usless and complicated to use. I want to send it back and they said I can’t because I’ve used it!!! I need to use it to see how it works. Is this fair or do I have rights?

That website has a 7 day return policy, within which you can return merchandise to them. If it has been more that 7 days, you are stock with the phone for the next 2 years.
