I have about 200 songs on my zune that I got from many sources. (ie. CDs, Rhapsody, LimeWire) Now should I sell it with the music or completely delete it before selling the zune on an auction site. In other words is it illegal to sell something with music on it already?

I don’t think it’s illegal to sell something with music on it already (a lot of MP3 players are sold with some songs on them), but I would format it because you said you had songs from LimeWire, and if you sold it to someone with those songs, they could report you to the police or something worse.
