I recently signed a contract regarding the sale of a puppy. I was wondering if it is possible to cancel the contract in new york state within a certain time period? I have been searching the internet for websites regarding ny state law and property/business contracts, but all I have found are websites concerning real estate contracts.
Any information/helpful websites would be much appreciated.

Check with the Attorney General’s website ofr Consumer Protection. Typically, though, contrary to popular opinion, there is no right of recission on such contracts.
