Alright so I’m a teenager that is pretty eclectic about creative things. I love film-making, I love writing, I love art and I love music.
Since I could remember I’ve been writing stories, lately I’ve turned to writing scripts. I find it amazing for the simple fact that I can express myself, I can put something down on paper, and visualize it to almost be real.
What I want to do is probably find an agent, or anyone that could probably get my script out there to directors or producers or anyone that would in-fact possibly make it a film. I know I’m reaching for a long-shot here, but it helps to dream big right? (lol)
I just really love to write and it would be amazing if I could do this as a hobby in the future and actually get paid for it.. you know?
Well, I don’t want to go on about crap lol so here are my questions: (and ty in advance for answering them!)
1. What would be the best way to get agents to take you seriously about my writing.
2. What are the chances that my script could possibly get published?
3. Do you know a place where I can find reviewers to at least look at my script to give me feedback?
AND OMG! one more thing lol, I have serious trust issues and I might feel that an agent might trick me and just steal my script or something? I don’t want to have to get into any of that lol.
I’ve also tried calling publishing companies but WOW it’s really hard, but I gave up years ago, but now I’m more serious and so much more intelligent than I was when I was 8 (lol).
