my point is i would like to audtion or would like to submit my talents, example,,,russell simmoms defjam comdey slots, or to entering, or introducing my talents to hbo’s tv show on BET, or comic view, or who what where can i write a letter to a contact person in that field.please helppppp

I’d get myself an agent and have him/her submit my material on my behalf.
