how to prevent my subcontractor from stealing my clients?
Published December 23, 2010
Question by dnystwn: how to prevent my subcontractor from stealing my clients?
I’m starting a new business where I send out artists to do face painting at parties. How do I make sure that when they’re out working, they represent my brand instead of their own and try to steal my clients?
This business is in the state of NY, USA.
Is there any form of contract for this kind of relationship? I’d really appreciate it if somebody could link me to a sample template.
