I’m an aspiring music producer, and I had a management group that wanted to submit my music to warner brothers records, but, they said that I needed to work on the mixing of the beats.
what are the settings for top quality mixing? how do I make it so when I make beats they are being mixed at the highest quality possible, and how would I know it? do I need to go to audio production school? so frustrating…

True, creating beats is very different from mixing beats. There are no specific settings anyone could tell you because each instrument in each song has to be specially treated to make a good mix. Proper levels, gain staging, EQ, compression etc will help lead to a better mix.
You could do more research on mixing and how various audio processors work by searching online or buying a book. Your software program may have certain presets which could give you a basic start for mixing each instrument.
Going to audio school would be a faster way to gain the understanding you need, of course it costs money and there is no guarantee that you will be able to make a career out if. Another option is to consider making the beat yourself and then having a dedicated mix engineer mix the beat for you so you have a high quality product to present. Check around online – I like Virtual Mix Engineer but there are plenty of options.
