How to get a music producer?

Question by Your Royal Awesomness!: How to get a music producer?
I am a teenager and have a great singing voice. I am serious about wanted to get into the music industry. I know not everyone becomes famous or known, but I think I have what it takes. I am wondering how to get a music producer, preferably Scooter Braun, to listen to my music and hopefully become my manager. Would I need to send a demo tape, or an email first, or what?

U need a demo first, just check out the site in the sourch section below my comment and it will show you how to do it from scratch, espicially for your age and you probably have a budget im guessing so its good for you.
