How should we go about creating a contract?

Question by Boss G: How should we go about creating a contract?
I am starting a girls promo team for a local artist, as a side job to get more money, we will also be promo girls for different clubs, we met some managers for nightclubs and they are willing to pay us to promoting the local clubs. We want to do a legit contract, we know we should go through a lawyer but what are some contract samples and what must we include in this contract so that we do get paid for promoting and don’t get screwed over.
thanks!!!

You can go get a lawyer, or you can go to office depot and buy their pre-printed contracts. You can also go to legalzoom.com .
