Question by chris.porter: How should I set my prices for my media company?
I’m 19 in college and I run my own media company where I design website, cd covers, logos, do rap/r&b music production, photography, and more. Right now I charge $ 300 for a website, $ 75/ cdcover, $ 100/ logos, $ 100/ beat, but I dont have that much in my portfolio.
Lots of ppl say to start low since I don’t have much in my portfolio, while others say to start high, so you won’t sound cheap and look so much amateur, if your designs are professional lookin, you should have professional prices.
my stuff is at http://www.heatedGFX.net and http://poolpimp.deviantart.com
Where should I set my prices and also, do you have any tips like, should i have ppl sign contracts for each project and other tips, thanx for your help.

take a look at your competition see what they charge and what they offer the best way to know what to do with your business is to know the ins and outs of your competitors
