How much should a graphic artist charge for contract work? (Touching up photography)?

Question by fireblyss: How much should a graphic artist charge for contract work? (Touching up photography)?
I’ve been asked to touch up pictures for a photographer on a contract level and because I’m freelance and never actually charged before, I have no idea what asking price I should go for. Do I charge per picture? Per hour? All of this is obviously being done on Photoshop programs. Any suggestions?
What should an hourly price go for? Like $ 20 or $ 30? I just have NO idea!

Per hour with a one hour minimum
