How much is this sheet music worth?
Question by mc_hammark: How much is this sheet music worth?
I have in my possession, some sheet music and I want to find out how much it is worth. It’s probably nothing but I just want to be sure. It’s Beethoven’s Polonaise in C major – Opus 89, for the piano. It was made by the International Music Company of New York City and was published in 1946.
I have searched all over the internet for it, but can’t find it or how much it is worth. Is there anyone who knows how much it is worth?
All help welcome, thank-you.

Since that composition is commonly available and in the public domain, there is probably very little value unless it was owned by a famous musician or other famous person and that ownership can be proved. Most sheet music sells in antique shops for $ 1 to $ 3. An entire “banker’s box” full of sheet music can generally be had for around $ 50.
