Question by projectmax2008: How does one estimate growth rates for a new website’s viewship?
I am writing a business plan for a music based, interactive, video website, and am interested if anyone has any ideas about how to estimate the growth of users. I am using this as a component for the revenue estimations of the project.
Thanks for helping me out!

Put up a one page demo-site (related to the main business) , do some grass roots marketing and see how much traffic you get , then from there exrapolate
Or Buy market research information from a web metrics company like http://www.alexa.com/ or http://news.netcraft.com/
