Question by drclaire: how do you write a contract or agreement?
I am going to do some writing for a client. I want to use a written contract describing the service & fees stated in the contract.

They have books with example contracts, I would use one of those (if you can’t afford a lawyer.) But a few bucks now on a lawyer could save you lots of money later on a lawyer.
