How do you sign contracts (such as leases) in the name of a business you own?
Published March 19, 2011
Question by fnguy83: How do you sign contracts (such as leases) in the name of a business you own?
I am about to sign the lease for a S-Corp I just founded and I want to know how to sign the lease so that it is in the business’s name and not my own. I.E. if for some unforeseen reason my business tanks, I want the debt tied to it and not my personal assets.
