How do you get into the music business?
Published May 12, 2011
Question by Luuersz: How do you get into the music business?
I’m in band with my best friend and it’s just the two of us. We’re 18 and we play original music and we really feel that we could be something and that now is the time to take steps to getting recognized but we’ve never played anywhere outside of our high school and don’t really know what steps to take to get to where we want to be. any suggestions would be welcome 🙂

Get a nice HD camcorder, perform and put yourselves on YouTube. Send your tapes to local musicians. I hope that helps.
