Question by HOLLYWOOD: How do I write up a simple loan contract agreement?
My husband is buying a $ 600 guitar on a friend’s music credit card. He can easily pay it off in a month but I want to make sure his friend doesn’t stiff him. What do I need for a simple agreement?

state the loan amount — amount to be paid each month – date of first payment interest rate if any and have all parties sign and have it witnessed by two folks!!!
