Question by Lex: how do i remove a partner from a contract?
I have a partner that wants out of a contract and i agree, how can we amend the contract to remove him, its a artist management contract where 2 partners are managing one client, the only thing we want to do is remove a partner, and he wants to be removed

You add an amendment to the contract that excludes you partner, both of you have to agree and have it sworn and witnessed, in writing.
