How do I move to Orlando or Miami FL to proceed my music career?

I am from Georgia and I am at a community college, still living with my parents. I have to take general subjects first and I’m taking voice lessons since I am a great singer and I would like to do something with that. I know that there are only a handful of people that make it in the music business, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to try. Its been my dream to create a rock band since I was seventeen and I’m not going to give up. I have already written some killer songs. Now I do have a back up plan and interest. I plan to study webdesign/gaming and meteorology. My college I go to now will NOT let me study webdesign/gaming so I would like to transfer to a college teither in Orlando or Miami. Another reason why is because I believe I will have a higher chance getting my band together down there than here in Georgia. I live in a rural area and its so boring so I’m already hate being here. I’m being very adamant about that!!! My college sucks, I hate where I live, and my music career will not get anywhere living here. I would like to proceed my music career at the same time as studying for a real job. Now here are my questions:
Which is a better city moving to that will have a higher chance getting noticed, Miami or Orlando?
I have don’t have any friends down there, only some family members I have never even met before that live in Miami. So how do I get a room mate or should I try contacting them? I plan to get a job of course! But I don’t know anybody that would move with me or how to find somebody trust worthy. What would you do? This has been on my mind for a while and everything I do fails so I really want advice so I can get a solid plan. Please no rude comments, just help/advice. Thanks!

Miami, has more clubs, entertainment, etc. but Orlando has more jobs for struggling people. i say pick somewhere close to both, i mean its not that far of a drive to miami from orlando or vice versa. personally i would go to miami cause of the beaches and clubs, thats just me
