How do I go about getting record companies to allow me to post there music and videos on my site? I just started a website and I’d like to get record companies to send me their promo videos and music. can anyone point me in the right direction?

no record company is going to let you do that without paying royalties for every time each song is played – and the royalties are 1.8 cents per minute – 9 cents for a 5 minute song played once – if you get 1000 people per day clicking on songs – it will cost you a fortune and you won;t be making any money from it
