Someone owes me money and their excuses are getting old. It’s funny how they spent the money on necesseties but there is no copy of the receipts or bank/credit card statements to back this up. I would have given this person a break if they some type of document to back of their statement. Anyway I leave in different county than this person but in the same state. Do I fill out my court papers in my county or in their county?

you have your choice of either where they live or where the contract was entered into (if it is different). you can contact the small claims court for more information.
