How do I become a music producer?
by Chris Devers
Question by Michelle: How do I become a music producer?
I love music, but I have no musical talent. I’ve always wanted to be in the music industry though, even if it sounds almost impossible to become successful I would still like to try. Do I need a degree, do I need any musical talent? I just want to know everything I need in order to become one.

A producer is basically in charge of a recording session and the finished recording is what he/she has approved. Sorry, but if you have no musical talent, you have no chance. You cannot tell experienced musicians how to play and experienced vocalists how to sing if you have no talent yourself
