How Can I protect mp3 files from piracy?
Question by the_lover_pharaoh: How Can I protect mp3 files from piracy?
Hello,
I’m working for a music production company, and our music is getting pirated as soon as our copyrighted records are in the market. We tried DRM software but it is still not enough .
Any Ideas?
Thank you

Quite honestly, there is no DRM strong enough to prevent a dedicated hacker from breaking it. Once it’s broken, it’s broken, and everyone else will start to break it too. But too-strong DRM often frustrates your customers and will show itself in weak sales.
Your best bet is to simply go with basic DRM that will stop the not-dedicated hacker, and not worry too much about people you can’t control.
