i’m a 15 year old girl who would love to get into the music business.I write my own songs(I’ve actually written 13 of them)and i’m starting to play the guitar.my biggest musical inspiration is Taylor Swift,I would love to have a career like hers!do you have any tips on how I can start getting into the music business?thank you!!

You need to enter music contest or audition , audition, and audition every chance you get. How did Britney Spears, Celine Dion etc.. get discovered ?

Let me tell you. Agents send scouts to go at these different talent shows, auditions and when they spot someone, they approach them which is what happened with most stars today.

Even if you are a good singer and songwriter, you need to get it out to the public. I would even put some exert on youtube but make sure you are protected by mailing your songs back to yourself in a sealed envelope and keep it in a safe spot. That is proof that you are the original author and the time stamp will clarify them if push comes to shove.
